IMEI is the app created by Blueshark Labs Team that helps store owner to find theft mobile, its location and a person. Mobile Seller register his customer’s device on the IMEI app, if stolen they can mark as lost in the app this will get notified to all other sellers in the city.

So, if in case one goes with other store-owner asking for unlocking the phone, before doing they check the IMEI number in the app and if it’s marked as stolen they collect identity card and photo of that person. This would be notified to the cell-phone owner via seller.
