Case study

Technology we used

01 — Problem
The challenge.
Members were paying separate fees to separate venues, then re-booking through whatever system each one happened to use. The goal was a single subscription that unlocks the whole network, and a way in that does not involve the front desk.
- Billing one pass across many venues
- Check-in fast enough for a queue
- Venues running their own schedules
- Preventing pass sharing
02 — Solution
What we delivered.
We built the pass, a single subscription validated by a QR scan at any participating venue, alongside provider discovery, class and membership booking, and the portal partners use to run schedules, sessions and bookings. Reporting on both sides shows venues how the business is actually performing.
- Provider and class discovery
- Multi-venue pass subscription
- One-scan QR check-in
- Partner portal and reporting
