You stay independent. We match you to a scoped piece of work, you ship it with our team, and we pay against agreed milestones. Communication is in English, overlap with US and UK hours is a plus, and we expect the same craft we hold our in-house team to.

If it is a fit, we add you to the contractor bench. There is no retainer until a project is matched.

Is this a full-time job?
No. Contractor work is project-based. For full-time roles in Ahmedabad, see the Careers page.
Do I work directly with your clients?
You work with Blueshark. We remain the studio of record; you collaborate with our leads on the scoped work.
Where can contractors be based?
Remote is fine if you overlap enough hours for stand-ups and reviews. Ahmedabad / India overlap is easiest; US and UK overlap is a plus.
When do you pay?
Against accepted milestones, on the schedule we write into the agreement before work starts. We do not run unpaid trials.
