Overview
Customers order from the website or either mobile app, and everything lands in the same order pipeline. Delivery is promised within 24 hours, so the operational side had to be as considered as the storefront.
Admin staff run all of it from one portal: order status, fulfilment, and the catalogue behind it. We built the native apps, the web storefront and the backend that keeps the three in step.
Project brief
Orders arriving from a website and two mobile apps usually means three systems and three sets of problems. Urban India wanted one.
