One pass that unlocks every gym, studio, and class in the network, and a QR code that gets members in without queueing.
Overview
YOLOfit lets members browse gyms, yoga studios, and sports facilities in one place, then book a class or buy a membership from whichever provider they choose.
The pass is what sets it apart. Instead of paying each venue separately, members subscribe once and get access across every facility in the network. We built the booking engine, the pass and subscription logic, and the partner portal venues use to run their side of it.
Project brief
Members were paying separate fees to separate gyms, then re-booking through whatever system each venue happened to use.
We built the pass that removes that, the check-in flow that keeps front desks moving, and the reporting partners need to see how their venue is actually performing.
