Referral program
Know someone who needs an app built?
Introduce a founder, product team, or contractor. If the engagement starts, you earn a referral fee — agreed in writing before we pitch.
Who you can refer
A company that needs an app, platform, or extra product capacity — or an independent specialist who should be on our contractor bench. You do not need a technical background. You do need a real introduction, not a scraped email list.
- ClientsFounders and product teams who need mobile, web, e-commerce, or AI work designed and built.
- ContractorsIndependent engineers or designers we should meet for the contractor bench.
- Written feeWe confirm the referral fee in writing before we speak to the lead. No surprise percentages.
- Paid after the first invoiceYou are paid once the engagement is live and the first invoice is collected.
How a referral pays
- 01Introduce
Send the person’s name, company, and why they are a fit. Use the website field for their site if they have one.
- 02We qualify
We check scope, timing, and whether we can actually help. You stay in the loop.
- 03They sign
If they engage Blueshark (or join as a contractor), the referral is confirmed.
- 04You are paid
The fee is paid after the first invoice is collected, on the terms we agreed in writing.
What makes a good referral
- A named person you can introduce, not a cold list
- A real product or hiring need, even if the brief is rough
- Permission to share their contact with us
- No existing conversation already running with Blueshark
Submit a referral
Your details plus who we should talk to, and why. Put their website in the website field if they have one.
How much do I earn?
It depends on the engagement. We agree a fee in writing before we pitch so both sides know the number. We do not publish a blanket percentage because projects vary.
When am I paid?
After the engagement starts and the first invoice is collected. If they never sign, there is no fee.
Can I refer a contractor as well as a client?
Yes. Tell us which it is in the message. Contractor referrals follow the same written-fee, paid-when-active rule.
Do I need to be a client or contractor already?
No. Anyone with a genuine introduction can refer. Existing clients and partners are welcome too.
