VR & AR App Development
We build immersive applications — VR training, AR product visualisation, and spatial experiences for Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, and the phone your customer already carries.
Overview
What we do.
Immersive tech earns its budget when it does a job a flat screen cannot — walking a buyer through a property that is not built yet, training staff on equipment too expensive to practise on, or letting a shopper place a product in their own room before buying it.
We start from that job, not the headset. Some briefs are best served by a WebAR link that opens in a browser with no install; others need a full Unity build for Quest or Vision Pro. We will tell you which before you commit a budget.
Capabilities
What you get with us.
VR applications
Training simulations, walkthroughs, and product demos for Quest and Vision Pro.
AR on mobile
ARKit and ARCore features that run on the phone already in their pocket.
WebXR & 3D web
Browser-based immersive experiences — a link to open, no app to install.
3D & environment art
Optimised models, materials, and scenes built to hold frame rate on device.
Spatial UI/UX
Interaction and comfort design that avoids fatigue and motion sickness.
Integration & data
Immersive front ends wired to your CRM, catalogue, or training system.
Why Blueshark
Why teams choose us.
- Platform advice before you commit a budget
- Comfort and frame rate treated as requirements, not polish
- 3D art and engineering in one team
- Ships to headset, phone, and browser
How we work
A process built for momentum.
Discover
We pin down the job the experience has to do — and which device your audience will realistically put on.
Prototype
A playable grey-box build early, so you can feel the interaction in a headset before we polish anything.
Build
Environment art, interaction, and integrations in two-week sprints — profiled against frame budget every release.
Ship & iterate
Store or enterprise distribution, on-device testing, and content updates after go-live.
What does a typical project timeline look like?
An MVP usually runs 10–16 weeks depending on scope — often faster when AI-assisted tooling accelerates specs, scaffolding, tests, and reviews. We break work into two-week sprints with demos at every checkpoint.
Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
Both. We have shipped products for early-stage founders and established companies across India and the US.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We audit the current stack, stabilise critical issues, and propose a roadmap before writing new features.
Do you handle design and development together?
Yes. Our designers and engineers work in the same team, so UI decisions are practical and handoff is seamless.
What are agentic workflows and how do you use them?
Agentic workflows are AI systems that can plan and execute multi-step tasks — generating boilerplate, running checks, drafting test cases, or summarising specs. We use them to speed up delivery, always with senior engineers reviewing output before it ships.

Tell us the job you want the experience to do and who will use it — we will recommend the platform and a realistic first build.
